Family Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Metabolic Health & Longevity Impact Health & Wellness is a premier destination for optimal health and well-being. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including Non-surgical regenerative medicine, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, chiropractic care, and physical therapy. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a specialized background in metabolic health to join our multidisciplinary team. The Role This position is designed for a clinician who is passionate about functional medicine and systemic optimization. You will be the clinical lead for our Medical Weight Loss , Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) , and Targeted Peptide programs. Rather than simply managing symptoms, you will utilize a holistic, integrated approach to help patients achieve peak vitality and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities Specialized Clinical Care:

Provide high-quality, patient-centric care with a focus on optimizing health outcomes through

BHRT, GLP-1

weight loss protocols, and regenerative peptide therapies.

Comprehensive Assessment:

Conduct thorough metabolic and hormonal assessments, interpret specialized lab diagnostics, and develop highly personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

Partner with our chiropractors, physical therapists, and regenerative medicine specialists to ensure a "whole-person" approach to every patient's journey.

Patient Education:

Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding patients through the science of longevity and empowering them to take an active role in their wellness goals.
