DOE Harvest Talent Solutions had partnered with a growing sleep medicine practice who is adding a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join their clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment focused on improving patient outcomes through comprehensive sleep and respiratory care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Candidates with experience in pulmonary medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, or related specialties are strongly preferred. Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits Develop and manage treatment plans for sleep-related disorders Review and interpret sleep study results Educate patients regarding sleep health, CPAP therapy, and treatment compliance Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support organizational standards for quality patient care and compliance Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Experience in pulmonary medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, family practice, or sleep medicine preferred Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence What We Offer Competitive compensation package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity for continued professional growth Stable and growing healthcare organization Meaningful work that positively impacts patients' quality of life About the Opportunity Sleep medicine is a rewarding and rapidly growing specialty that allows providers to build long-term patient relationships while helping individuals improve their overall health, energy, and quality of life.
