Job Description

If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and want to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this opportunity is for you! Our well-established, concierge family medicine practice , serving the Clinton community since 2007, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We have a large, loyal patient base and are expanding to meet increasing demand. You will work independently while collaborating closely with our team of Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and dedicated clinical support staff . We pride ourselves on our collegial, family-like culture —our providers genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another every day. You will treat patients in both our concierge practice as well as our traditional medical practice. What We Offer
  • No weekends! No evenings! Half-day Fridays!

  • Concierge patient base means longer appointment times for many of your patients with the opportunity to convert to a full concierge model over time
  • Competitive base salary ($150,000/year) plus a generous productivity bonus —the sky's the limit! Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, comprehensive patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and education
  • Manage and coordinate care for your patient panel
  • Complete documentation, lab reviews, and patient follow-up in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists Qualifications
  • Current Oklahoma NP or PA license (required)
  • Minimum one year of experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
