The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, including seniors and children, and requires a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through effective care management. This is a great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner and with the new House Bill 2298 going into effect November 2025 all NP's that have completed 6,240 hours of clinical practice have an opportunity to have an increased salary. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and injections as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Educate patients and families on health management strategies, medication administration, and preventive care.
