Job Description

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location:
Tulsa, Oklahoma Job Type:
Full-Time Compensation:
Up to $130,000+ annually (base salary plus performance incentives) Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient assessments and functional medicine workups Order and interpret advanced diagnostics, including GI-MAP, genetic testing, and specialty lab panels Develop individualized treatment plans focused on nutrition, hormones, gut health, and lifestyle interventions Manage an ongoing patient panel and monitor progress over time Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and support staff Educate and empower patients to take control of their health Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program Active or license-eligible Oklahoma NP license National NP certification Functional medicine experience preferred but not required Strong interest in holistic, integrative, and root-cause medicine Preferred Candidate Profile Nurse Practitioner (any NP certification accepted; FNP not required) Functional medicine experience preferred (1+ year ideal) Candidates with a strong passion for root-cause medicine and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply Experience in primary care, integrative medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, or wellness-focused practice is a plus Clinical Focus Areas Providers commonly treat patients with: Hormonal and endocrine dysfunction Metabolic disorders and weight concerns Gut health and digestive issues Autoimmune conditions Fatigue, mood, and energy-related concerns Schedule Full-Time Preferred Monday through Friday Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Part-Time Considered 20-30 hours per week may be considered for experienced and formally trained functional medicine providers Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule If you're passionate about uncovering the root causes of illness and helping patients achieve lasting wellness, we'd love to hear from you.
