Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing urgent care team in eastern Oklahoma. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations while helping create a welcoming, community-focused experience for every patient encounter. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys variety, values autonomy, and is comfortable practicing in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Perform procedures commonly seen in urgent care, including: Laceration repair Splinting Incision and drainage Basic orthopedic evaluation Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, labs, and EKGs Prescribe medications and treatment plans appropriately Provide patient education and follow-up recommendations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate closely with clinic staff Help foster a positive, hospitality-driven patient experience Travel & Flexibility Requirements This position requires travel and scheduling flexibility between clinic locations in: Checotah Wagoner Pryor Okmulgee Sapulpa Providers should be comfortable working at different clinic sites based on operational needs and schedule demands. Mileage reimbursement and/or travel support may be available depending on final structure. Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 44.0 per week
