We have an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and Norman Regional Hospital . Come and notice the difference working with Pediatrix! About the Role Opportunity to Provide Coverage at 2
Level III NICUs:
Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29 Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14. Responsibilities include assessing critically ill neonates, attending high-risk deliveries and seeing well-newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist. Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support Services include HFOV and jet ventilators Work-Life Balance Focused 12-hour in-house shifts - averaging three shifts per week and every other weekend, allowing for an ideal work-life balance. Collegial, Private Practice Environment Join a tenured staff of 6 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners Close-knit team culture: Community oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources.
