We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage in a home health setting in the Weatherford, Oklahoma area. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking for flexible coverage starting ASAP and is ongoing.

Average Visits:

6 9 per day

Charting Software:

Client EMR Work Details:

Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations Review medication and medical history Perform physical evaluations No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans

Requirements:

Active California NP or PA license

Board Certification:

Primary Care Education:

Master s degree required Comfortable performing in-home evaluations independently No background or malpractice issues that could delay credentialing

Credentialing:
