Job Description
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team to provide integrated psychiatric services to established CMH patients. Our Primary Care clinics offer a beautiful work environment where you will be able to work with adult and youth patients with a range of mental health and substance use disorders. Practice Details Community-based ambulatory practice where you will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services Partner with established primary care providers to provide psychiatric services to adult and youth clients. Mix of new and follow-up patients. Medical Assistant support to coordinate client care, assist with insurance pre-authorization, and caseload management. Required Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification. Must have or acquire an unrestricted state of Oregon license. Possess a current, valid, unrestricted DEA with an x-designation. American Heart Association BLS or ACLS certification Two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, preferred.
