Job Description

Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP)
Functional Medicine Location:
Eugene, Oregon We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, forward-thinking practice focused on whole-person, integrative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP interested in functional medicine no prior experience required, training provided.
Compensation:
Guaranteed salary + earning potential of $300,000+ Relocation Assistance Available Why Join Us? 4-day work week No nights or weekends Comprehensive Functional Medicine training & mentorship Strong clinical support (scribes, MAs, admin team) Focus on patient care not paperwork Career growth, leadership opportunities, and CME support What You ll Do Provide in-person and telehealth care Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle, supplements, hormone therapy, medications) Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Document in NextGen EHR Qualifications Active Oregon NP license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified:
