Join our growing team at our new location and help deliver high‑quality, recovery‑focused care. $75k- $100k Depending on experience Hiring Bonus $5,000 Relocation Assistance Provided! Must be willing to work at our West Eugene, Eugene, and Springfield location

Our treatment center hours are:
5:00a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F. With a blend of on-site and telehealth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Hours are combination of in-clinic and remote logging in to utilize the telehealth system for patient encounters. Medical services include conducting history and physicals. Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions. Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings. Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician.
Qualifications and Skills:
Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in OR and WA preferred). Current Oregon DEA License DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain
