Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient histories and assessments with emphasis on lifestyle, nutrition, environmental factors, and genetics. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating functional medicine principles. Order and interpret advanced laboratory testing to identify underlying imbalances and dysfunctions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplements, and stress management techniques. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in functional medicine and participate in continuing education.

Requirements Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification. Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state. Experience or training in Functional Medicine preferred. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
