Job Description

Position:
Primary Care NP Dates:
Full time, 40 hours a week from September 1st - December 1st, 2026, with potential availability for dates in the future.
Patient seen per day:
10-15 Support staffing: 1:1 clinical support staff per provider.
Patient Population:
All ages
Clinic Schedule:
8 am - 6 pm, 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs), no call
Licenses and Certifications:
Oregon medical license and DEA, BLS or ACLS Become an
