Nurse Practitioner

THE LIFE YOU'LL ACTUALLY HAVE 4

days a week. Monday through Thursday. You get a real three-day weekend. Every week. 10am to 3-4pm. You'll be home before the school bus. Home for dinner. Home for the life you've been missing. Zero on-call. Ever. Your phone doesn't ring on Saturday. Your pager doesn't exist. When you leave, you leave. Every major holiday off. Thanksgiving. Christmas. Easter. 4th of July. You'll be with your family, not covering the schedule because you drew the short straw. No weekends. Period. Flexible structure built around the idea that you're a human first and a provider second.

THE MEDICINE YOU'LL ACTUALLY GET TO PRACTICE

Remember why you went into this? At SHIFT, you'll spend real time with your patients. You'll listen. You'll look at their full picture — hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, goals — and build a plan that actually changes their life. Not a 15-minute visit and a refill. You'll work with: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Peptide Therapy GLP-1 medications Testosterone optimization Metabolic and wellness protocols Advanced lab interpretation You'll draw blood. You'll interpret real data. You'll design protocols based on what the patient actually needs — under the guidance of our Medical Director, but with the autonomy to practice like the expert you are. No insurance denials dictating care. No EMR designed by someone who's never seen a patient. No prior auth phone trees. Just you, the patient, and the work.

WHAT WE PAY

$55-$75 per hour, based on experience.

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) Comfortable drawing blood and interpreting labs Experience with HRT, peptides, GLP-1s, and testosterone optimization strongly preferred. Someone who genuinely gets that energy, weight, hormones, sleep, and stress are all connected — and who wants to help real men and women get their lives back Grounded, empathetic, mission-driven, and done with the corporate treadmill Soft sales skills to be able to convert patients onto a recurring, membership-based model of care.
