Compensation & Benefits $100-$125 per hour DOE Performance-based bonus opportunities Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Established patient flow Collaborative multidisciplinary environment Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern integrated clinic setting Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations Develop and implement treatment plans Perform joint injections and trigger point injections Assist with regenerative medicine procedures including PRP Evaluate musculoskeletal and orthopedic complaints Treat auto accident and personal injury patients Collaborate with chiropractic and rehab providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients on treatment recommendations and care options Monitor patient outcomes and progress Preferred Experience ✔ Joint injections ✔ Trigger point injections ✔ PRP or regenerative medicine experience preferred ✔ Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, or musculoskeletal background preferred ✔ Experience in integrated or multidisciplinary clinics a plus ✔ Personal injury / MVA experience a plus ✔ Strong patient communication skills ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner License DEA License preferred Ability to work independently within scope Strong clinical judgment and bedside manner Excellent communication and documentation skills Team-oriented mindset Who Thrives in This Role?
