Company Description Calcagno Pediatrics is expanding its patient-centered healthcare services from birth through adulthood. Located in Gresham, Oregon, in a newly-constructed office facility, we have been serving families in the Portland Metro area and beyond since 1998. Our full-service clinic offers comprehensive care with state-of-the-art modern lab and diagnostic equipment, and on-site support such as a full-time advice line. Our team of 10 providers prioritizes patient physical, emotional, and mental well-being while delivering compassionate and high-quality care to every family. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Practice MD/DO or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). The selected healthcare professional will provide comprehensive medical care with an initial emphasis in a pediatric patient population but transitioning to young adulthood and beyond. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing routine check-ups, and maintaining detailed patient records. This is a collaborative role which includes a seasoned staff of MDs, NPs, a PA, and an ND. Building long-term patient relationships and working closely with our medical team in a fun and fast-paced environment are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Medical expertise in comprehensive family healthcare, including diagnosis, treatment, & preventive care Strong communication & interpersonal skills to educate & collaborate with families & caregivers Proficiency in maintaining accurate & compliant medical records Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Licensed Medical Doctor (MD/DO) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Current licensure and board certification in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain such Experience in mental health support is a plus, as are bi-lingual skills
