Regenerative Medicine Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) with an interest or experience in regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. This role involves caring for patients undergoing orthopedic stem cell treatments for musculoskeletal conditions such as joint degeneration, tendon injuries, and chronic pain. The RN will support minimally invasive procedures, provide patient education, and ensure safe, effective care throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients receiving stem cell and regenerative orthopedic treatments Assist physicians during in-office procedures, including stem cell harvesting (e.g., bone marrow or adipose tissue) and injections Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures for safety and comfort Administer medications, including local anesthetics and supportive therapies as directed Educate patients on procedure expectations, recovery timelines, and post-treatment care Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control standards Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately Coordinate care with physicians and other clinical staff Support follow-up care and track patient progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA Ortho NP qualified to do intra articular injections Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Minimum [1-3] years of clinical nursing experience (orthopedic, procedural, or outpatient experience preferred) Interest or experience in regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, or pain management Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting Certifications (Preferred/Required): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred) IV therapy certification (preferred)
