Women's Health Nurse Practitioner University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP or FNP) to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no call , offering an excellent work-life balance in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Collaborative clinic with access to specialty support Strong system-wide clinical resources Clinical Responsibilities Perform annual well-woman exams and routine screenings Provide contraceptive counseling and management Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions Deliver preventive care and patient education Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$123,250 - $141,950 Based on experience as an Advanced Practice Provider Overtime available beyond 40 hours Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice with tail coverage Supportive, collegial work environment Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program WHNP preferred; FNPs with relevant experience encouraged Active Maryland NP and RN licenses (or eligibility)
