Job Description

About the Role ENSPIRE Consulting Group is seeking a collaborative and highly engaged Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a provider who values team-based, integrated care and wants to work closely with therapists to deliver comprehensive mental health services. In this position, you will go beyond traditional medication management by partnering with therapists to co-develop and implement individualized treatment plans , ensuring a cohesive and holistic approach to client care. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management Diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Collaborate with therapists to create and maintain comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans Participate in ongoing case consultations with therapists to discuss: Client progress and clinical presentation Therapeutic interventions and strategies Medication effectiveness and adjustments Provide psychiatric insight and recommendations to support therapeutic interventions Align medication management with therapy goals to ensure integrated care delivery Incorporate brief therapeutic support and psychoeducation into sessions as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education requirements Coordinate care and provide referrals to community resources when needed Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Nursing Active PMHNP certification and licensure in good standing Minimum 1-2 years of psychiatric clinical experience (3+ years preferred) Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain CDS and DEA registration Active Professional Liability Insurance Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care Work Environment Services provided primarily in-person in Flourtown and Philadelphia Initial client visits must be conducted onsite Opportunities for virtual follow-up sessions , as appropriate Supportive, team-oriented practice with a strong emphasis on collaborative care Why Join ENSPIRE Consulting Group?
