Job Description

We are seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation settings. This in-person role focuses on managing complex respiratory conditions and requires availability: 2 times per week , including weekends, with occasional after-hours on-call coverage.
