Position Details Outpatient, hospital-affiliated pain management clinic with strong referral base Evaluate and manage chronic pain conditions, including neurologic and musculoskeletal syndromes Responsibilities include diagnostic work-ups, treatment planning, medication management, and coordination with interventional care Combination of medical management and procedural coordination Monday-Friday schedule, approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 No call and no weekends About Our Hospital and Health System Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is a 450 bed hospital located in Johnstown,PA and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier ® with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast.
