Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher Clinical Experience (2+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Hospice Palliative Care Home Health ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Pennsylvania (PA) Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA) ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
