POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients of all ages Structured and collaborative clinical environment with full support staff Mission-driven healthcare organization emphasizing continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Stable outpatient-only setting designed to support provider balance and autonomy Western Pennsylvania location offering small-town living with convenient Pittsburgh access

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$100,000+ based on experience Annual quality and productivity bonus Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 Additional compensation available for prior RN experience

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday schedule Standard clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One late clinic day weekly: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages Deliver preventative care and chronic disease management Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary clinical teams Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license

REQUIRED
