The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient endocrinology office. Care will be focused on managing patients with diabetes mellitus and basic endocrine disorders.

Hours:

Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-5pm, and Friday 8:30-4:00 (negotiable and flexible) Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license Proficient in patient care and assessment Experience with EHR systems Experience with insulin pumps and sensors
