Job Description
Purpose of this position: This is a dual role position for CRNP that provides primary care services that include assessing and managing pediatric and adult patients and Medication Assisted Treatment of adult patients in the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center setting. You will follow established standards and practices of the primary health care center (PHCC). The nurse practitioner must honor the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Nurse Practitioner guidelines and ethical commitment. All communication to include privacy and security of patient protected health information must always be exercised. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Demonstrate expertise in relevant medical practices, protocol, trends, and best practices in clinical areas assigned Ability to manage responsibilities and emergency situations successfully Proficiency in use of computers, software, and office equipment Must show high organizational and time management skills Experience preferred with Sublocade, Vivitrol and other Buprenorphine medication Children's Service Center/Robinson Counseling Center for adults creates a positive working culture of Care and Commitment for employees which extends to the children & families we serve.
