Job Description

We are seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. About the Role The Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive care for patients with obesity-related conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education. You'll play a key role in empowering patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes, while monitoring their progress toward health goals. Experience in medical weight loss, or bariatrics is ideal, and hormone replacement therapy experience is a strong plus. This position is best suited for a provider who values structure and clarity, enjoys variety in their daily work, and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, accuracy, and compassion to every patient encounter. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for obesity-related conditions Provide education on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral strategies to support weight management Monitor and adjust patient treatment plans to optimize outcomes Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in accordance with established policies Support long-term patient wellness, not just short-term outcomes Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance patient care services Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain) Prior experience in bariatrics, weight management, endocrinology, or internal medicine preferred Experience with hormone replacement therapy a strong advantage Strong communication skills, with an ability to educate and motivate patients in a supportive way Comfortable following established protocols, while open to adapting as needed A detail-oriented, conscientious approach with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes Who is the right fit? Daily and Annual bonus incentives. This is for a hybrid job. The in person primary location will be 550 Eagles Landing Parkway, Stockbridge, and secondary location: 371 E Paces Ferry Rd. Atlanta. Hours are M-F 7:30-4:00 with an hour lunch each day.
