Full Job Description Job Summary:
Sterling Wellness is seeking a motivated, dynamic and compassionate patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide personalized hormone, cellular, and metabolic optimization therapies in a growing wellness clinic. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys building patient relationships, delivering personalized care, contributing to a dynamic and expanding practice, and is motivated by results, growth and performance-based income. In this role, you will serve as a vital provider, with responsibilities that include:
  • Clinical Care
  • Conducting initial consultations for personalized hormone, cellular, and metabolic optimization therapies Developing individualized treatment plans based on labs and patient goals Performing follow-up visits and ongoing optimization of treatment protocols Ordering, interpreting and explaining lab testing results to patients
  • Patient Experience & Education
  • Educating patients on treatment options, risks, expected therapy outcomes, medication protocols and lifestyle changes Ensure all care is compliant with HIPAA and clinical regulations Supporting patient adherence and long-term success Maintaining high-quality patient interactions and retention
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Completing timely, accurate and thorough charting in EMR system Signing and reviewing treatment records and labs Maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Practice Growth
  • Supporting patient enrollment into treatment programs and memberships Contributing to a positive, growth-oriented clinic environment
  • Qualifications
  • Must have an active Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Kansas (required) DEA License (or the ability to obtain) Experience in HRT, weight loss, or functional medicine preferred Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently in a small clinic setting
  • Schedule
  • Part-time 16-24 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the needs of the practice change 2-3 days per week (flexible scheduling)
  • Compensation
  • Base Pay:
    $55
  • 70hr (depending on experience) Incentive compensation Revenue-based bonus
