This position provides primary care services to pediatric and adult patients in a collaborative, community-focused healthcare environment. Responsibilities Perform physical exams and preventative care visits Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and manage patient care plans Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate Refer patients to specialists when needed Maintain accurate medical documentation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care Qualifications Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Active DEA license or ability to obtain Strong clinical and patient communication skills Why Join Primary Healthcare Centers? Compensation:
