Schedule:

Monday•Friday (No weekends). Hybrid work environment provided!

Hours:

8:30 AM•5:30 PM PST.

Lunch:

1 full hour.

Location Split:

Hayward (M, W, F) and Fremont (T, Th)•locations are only 5-10 minutes apart.

Flexibility:

4-day work week and hybrid schedule is an option!

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward experience and dedication.

Base Salary:

$160,000•$190,000+ (depending on experience) annually. Student Loan Repayment Offered!

Bonuses:

Annual production incentive offered!

Relocation Assistance:

$5,000.

CME:

Clinical Scope:

Setting:

100% Outpatient Primary Care.

Patient Volume:

Schedule allows for 24-28 patients, but typical volume is manageable at roughly 20 patients per day.

EMR:

Epic.

Requirements:

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current certification from an accredited program. At least 3 years of experience in Primary Care required.
