Job Description

Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our rural health clinic in Northeastern California. The Mid-level Provider is responsible for the assessment, medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and referral of clinic patients. Outpatient only possible 25-bed critical access hospital Clinic patients per day = Great specialist support both on-site and remote 24/7 physician-staffed ED Full medical/dental/vision Relocation and loan repayment available $70.55 - $100.59 / hour $25,000.00 sign-on bonus offered We offer a $1,500 per month housing stipend during the first three months of employment for individuals who do not currently have housing within 35 miles of the hospital and need to relocate.
Required Education:
Must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner program that meets the standards of the Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) in California or a graduate from a physician assistant program that meets the standards of the Physician Assistant Committee of the Medical Board of California. Must be licensed in California. Current CPR certification.
Required Experience:
Graduation from a nurse practitioner program which meets the standards of the California BRN or physician assistant program that meets the standards of the Physician Assistant Committee of the medical Board of California and completion of training consistent with the procedures to be performed.
