Functional Medicine/ Primary Care APRN (Nurse Practitioner)

We are a direct primary care clinic located in Seward, Ne with a strong focus in functional medicine. We see patients for functional medicine consults and complete full scope primary care to those who need it (ages birth-64). Previous experience in family practice or urgent care required. Functional medicine certification also required. IFM preferred but will consider other certifications. We are looking for a local nurse practitioner to join the practice, either PT or FT. Seward County is preferred as you are on call (as often as you choose to be) for your direct primary care patients. You choose your own hours. Some in office hours are required for new consults and for new DPC members establishing care- otherwise ability to work from home and complete follow ups virtually. Position is commission based - either 1099 or W2. You get a % of income you make as you grow your patient panel. Extended mentorship and on the job training available.
