Kinsler Psychology has been serving the Tampa Bay community for 20 years and counting. We're a collaborative, multidisciplinary group (therapy, testing, and medication management) that prioritizes clinician support, strong reimbursement rates, and sustainable caseloads. What Makes This Role Different High reimbursement rates = strong earning potential Pre-screened clients so you can focus on clinical work, not admin burden Flexible, hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth) Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, marketing handled for you) Established referral stream (no need to build a caseload from scratch) Collaborative team including therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric providers Compensation & Benefits Commission structure is typically $65K
