Pay:

$80/hour (W-2)

Schedule:

20-40 hours/week; flexible days; at least one evening or weekend shift required Apply only if currently residing in MassachusettsAbout Us Holistic Well is a private psychiatric practice focused on high-quality, relationship-centered care. We primarily provide telehealth services with one in-office day per week. We serve a diverse patient population, including the LGBTQAI community, offering both therapy and medication management for patients ages 6+. Why This Role Is Different Flexible scheduling — choose your days Longer, patient-centered visits (no rushed appointments) Small caseloads with focus on outcomes and rapport Administrative support provided (no prior authorizations) Collaborative, supportive NP team environment Low-stress model designed to reduce burnout What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans Provide medication management and monitor effectiveness Deliver psychotherapy (training provided if needed) Manage acute concerns and provide crisis support Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on mental health conditions Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation Qualifications (Required) Licensed or license-eligible PMHNP in Massachusetts Must reside in Massachusetts Willingness to provide both therapy and medication management Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Interest or experience in behavioral health or case management Knowledge of psychopharmacology Interest in working with children and adolescents Schedule & Work Environment 20-40 hours per week
