Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Mental and Health Wellness Center. MUST be licensed in the State of North Carolina. We are a Mental and Health Wellness Center that focuses on Integrative and wellness services. We are housed in the community as we are a community-based wellness center that provide direct services to the community that we serve. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various medical disciplines, including understanding and implementing holistic approaches as the emphasis. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring continuity of care.

Flexible, including occasional Saturdays Responsibilities Provide Medication Management Order and complete lab work Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Perform specimen collection and processing as required for diagnostic testing Provide intergrative session to patients to promote wellness and disease prevention Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in community settings to ensure optimal patient care Understand and implementation of holistic services and guidance Understand Mental Wellness Conduct Disability Evaluations Provide one-on-one integrative sessions focusing on how health diagnosis and mental health diagnosis work hand in hand Conduct Ask the NP segment Other duties as assigned Supervision Requirement Must have your own supervisor OR Willing to pay our supervisor directly (50% of supervision fee) Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or related field with a focus on Nurse Practitioner studies Current Nurse Practitioner certification and North Carolina licensureREQUIRED
Proficiency in specimen collection and processing Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining patient-centered carePay:
