We specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy and value an integrative, compassionate approach to treatment. We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Physician Assistant or Psychiatrist to join our team and provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for clients ages 5 and up. This role will involve splitting time between our Amityville and Port Jefferson locations. Position Overview Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning Collaborate closely with therapists providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Serve a diverse client population including children, adolescents, and adults Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation Participate in a supportive, team-oriented group practice environment Schedule & Location Flexible scheduling options available (full-time or part-time) Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist or Physician Assistant in New York State Experience treating children and adolescents strongly preferred Interest or experience working alongside couples and family therapists is a plus Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset DEA registration and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain) Compensation $80/hour.
