Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical Spa Setting. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and identify medical issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records. Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications. Assist in clinical research initiatives and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care standards. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current certification from recognized boards such as NCCPA or state licensing boards. Demonstrated experience working in outpatient clinics. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or similar platforms; experience with medical documentation and CPT coding is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology (including psychopharmacology), and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Hands-on experience with procedures like venipuncture (phlebotomy), dermal fillers or esthetic laser treatments preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients.
