Common presentations include:
Acute care: URI, sore throat, UTI, minor injuries, infections Chronic disease management: Hypertension Diabetes Hyperlipidemia Preventive care and follow-up visits In-office procedures include: Laceration repair / suturing Incision & drainage Basic urgent care procedures Practice Environment Provider may function as solo clinician on site with: Collaborative supervising physician access Director of Midlevels available for guidance Established workflows and clinical resourcesEMR:
Azalea Health Modern infection-control and safety protocols in place Schedule Full-time and PRN positions available Some weekend coverage may be required in the future No remote work Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Benefits available for full-time employees Waiting period for benefits may apply Malpractice coverage provided CME support Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Alabama Prior urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience preferred Comfortable managing patients independently Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to treat pediatric and adult populations Why Join Us?
