As a member of our hematology/oncology healthcare team, you will focus on providing high quality patient care in a compassionate and meaningful way and have fun while doing it. We are looking for a highly motivated, eager learner that is compassionate and patient-focused to fill our full-time, outpatient APP position in Alpharetta , GA, four days a week with one remote day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive physical examinations of hematology/oncology patients Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient careQUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in hematology/oncology strongly preferred, but will consider internal medicine subspecialties as well. Having an interest/passion for hematology/oncology is a MUST! Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with an unencumbered current PA or NP license Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with patients, peers and staff Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCOMPENSATION
