This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to improving quality of life through comprehensive care. The position is hybrid (combination of in-office and remote) M-F and the days and hours are flexible. Overview The ideal candidate will have at prior clinical experience and a strong interest in treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. The provider will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans under physician collaboration Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging Educate patients regarding treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications Perform follow-up visits and monitor patient progress Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California Prior experience in Physical Medicine, Orthopedics, Neurology, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, or Rehabilitation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting Advanced MD EMR experience preferred If you meet the qualifications of the position and are looking for a wonderful opportunity to work in a growing and busy office, we welcome you to apply!
