Job Overview:
Provides safe and effective care to our patients under the supervision and collaborating physician. Utilizes independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and provision of ongoing care to ambulatory patients that is in accordance with nurse practitioner licensure regulations for the state of Oregon.
Teamwork/Coordination of Care:
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Exhibits respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines and uses an integrated approach to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Evidence-Based Practice/Learning:
Uses evidence-based standards, guidelines, and protocols to the delivery of patient care. Incorporates new information and approaches, when appropriate, to continuously improve patient care and practice. Collaborate with staff Psychiatrist on complex intake, protocol and training available. Professionalism /
Professional Development:
Ensures ongoing growth and development of clinical skills and knowledge by assuming responsibility for lifelong learning. Provides direction and guidance to others regarding practice, also serves as a resource and mentor. Demonstrates leadership skills through participation in program development. Experience PMHNP Experiences NP or PA in the Mental Health Field ​
Licensure, Education, and Certifications:
• OR State License • Valid
NPI / DEA
• Graduate from an accredited program
Compensation:
Competitive salary and/ or percentage of billables with incentives bonus structure. Overall, above market compensation and potential equity Health Benefits available' '
Work In Person and Remote Yes Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay:
$155,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
