Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Vancouver, WA | Hybrid In-Person + Telehealth Full-Time or Part-Time W-2 Real Roots Counseling is a growing, collaborative private practice in Vancouver, WA seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. We are a relationship-focused group practice that values depth, authenticity, clinical collaboration, and high-quality care. Our practice specializes in anxiety, OCD, trauma, personality dynamics, attachment, and complex mental health presentations, and we are looking for a prescriber who values thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care within a supportive interdisciplinary environment.
