Job Description
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) - Per Diem (Massachusetts) Mindgrove Health | Hybrid (Telehealth + Optional In-Person) Mindgrove Health is a growing private psychiatric practice founded by Dr. Fey Ramey, DNP, PMHNP-BC , built on the belief that when patients feel heard, treatment becomes more effective. We provide high-quality, personalized mental health care across the lifespan, combining thoughtful medication management with a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Unlike high-volume settings, our model prioritizes time, attention, and clinical excellence . We are seeking a per diem PMHNP to join our team and support our Massachusetts patient panel one consistent day per week . Position Overview This is a low-volume, high-quality care role focused primarily on medication follow-ups for stable patients. You will work closely with Dr. Ramey in a collaborative care model , ensuring continuity and consistency in treatment approach. Schedule 1 consistent day per week (Massachusetts patients)
