Compensation:

1099 contractor, our providers are compensated as self employed 1099 contractors based on a percentage per visit. Percentage is based on experience. About the Practice We are a collaborative, clinician-led group practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. While we specialize in the collaborative treatment of Eating Disorders, we provide mental health care for all presenting concerns. Our team includes an APRN, therapists, dietitian, and support staff who work together to create a supportive and flexible environment for both clients and providers. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our group practice. This role is ideal for a provider looking for flexible scheduling and a balance of autonomy and support in private practice. You will deliver psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management services to clients both pediatric and adult. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders) Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including monitoring for efficacy and side effects Collaborate with therapists and other providers within the practice to coordinate care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Provide patient education and support shared decision-making Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with psychiatric/mental health specialization Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska Board certification as a

PMHNP-BC DEA
