Position Overview:

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable managing their own caseload independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with advanced treatment modalities in a modern outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an independent patient caseload in an outpatient setting Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with state and federal regulations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care Participate in and/or oversee advanced treatments including Spravato and TMS Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Current DEA license and prescriptive authority Experience managing an independent caseload preferred Experience in outpatient psychiatric or behavioral health settings Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
