Empower Clients:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management appointments, and ongoing treatment planning for individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, and related concerns.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Work alongside a team of specialized therapists to provide integrated, evidence-based care.
Grow & Thrive:
Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with providers who are passionate about specialty mental health treatment.
Build Your Caseload:
Maintain a consistent caseload through a combination of psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments.
Provide Accessible Care:
Deliver high-quality telehealth services throughout Indiana, with optional in-person appointments available.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed
PMHNP-BC
Active Indiana licensure and prescriptive authority required.
Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
Location:
Reside within 40 miles of downtown
Indianapolis Experience & Expertise:
Experience treating anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, depression, and related conditions preferred. Desire to

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.
Technology Knowledge:
Comfortable utilizing EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.
Telehealth Experience:
Experience providing virtual psychiatric services preferred. Desire to

Interest in joining a growing group practice Compensation, because you really want to know and we respect your time: This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor position with the ability to grow into a full-time W-2 position. We provide referrals, billing support, administrative support, furnished office space, malpractice insurance coverage, and collaborating physician services. Compensation Structure 65% Provider / 35% Practice Split The practice covers: Billing and claims submission Scheduling support Credentialing assistance Furnished office space Malpractice insurance Collaborating psychiatrist costs Marketing and referral generation Administrative support EHR and practice technology Typical services include: Psychiatric Evaluations (90792) Medication Management Follow-Ups Treatment Planning and Coordination of Care There are no required nights, weekends, or holidays.
