Compensation:

$150,000

Responsibilities:

Establish strong therapeutic alliances and develop goal-oriented treatment plans Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing client monitoring (in-person and telehealth) Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations and diagnostic assessments Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support client outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with TheraCorp policies and all state and federal regulations Collaborate with the treatment team to identify and communicate changes in client status

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey licensure in good standing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber About Company TheraCorp's mission is to change lives, one session at a time.
