Duties Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment strategies. Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care plans that address both mental and physical health needs. Provide counseling and psychoeducation to patients and their families, promoting understanding and active participation in treatment.
