Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- West Palm Beach, FL

Whole Health Psychological Center is seeking an experienced part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is approved for Autonomous Practice in the State of Florida. This is a hybrid role combining telehealth with in-person psychiatric care in the West Palm Beach area. Clinicians have flexibility in structuring their schedules, and the role is well suited for an independent provider who values varied clinical settings. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations via telehealth and in person Provide ongoing medication management for adult and geriatric patients Deliver in-person psychiatric care at assisted living and memory care facilities Practice independently in accordance with Florida autonomous practice regulations Order and monitor laboratory studies and diagnostic tests as indicated Coordinate care with facility staff, caregivers, pharmacies, and other providers Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record Required Qualifications Florida APRN license with approval for Autonomous Practice

PMHNP-BC

Minimum 5 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner Active DEA registration in good standing with authorization to prescribe controlled substances, including Schedule II-V, as required for psychiatric practice Willingness and ability to see patients in assisted living and memory care facilities Experience with geriatric, memory care, or long-term care populations preferred Malpractice insurance Up-to-date CAQH profile Location & Work Model Must be local to West Palm Beach, FL Hybrid role combining telehealth and in-person services In-person facility visits are a required component of the position What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Flexible scheduling within a hybrid care model Administrative support for scheduling, coordination, and documentation Streamlined clinical workflows Supportive, clinician-led practice environment
