Godaelli Psychiatry & Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our compassionate and collaborative clinical team. Ideal candidates are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care within a supportive private practice environment. This position offers flexibility, with the ability to provide services through a blend of in-office appointments and telehealth, depending on client needs and practitioner preference. As a PMHNP at Godaelli, you will practice with support from a strong administrative and clinical support system. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and older adults. Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor (per client hour) Duties Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications based on patient needs and response to treatment Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approach Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies Experience Minimum of 3 or more years of experience as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, having an autonomous licensure is preferable. Expertise in psychopharmacology, including prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and experience requirements.
