1099 Independent Contractor Are you a compassionate and skilled psychiatric medication provider with a strong interest in treating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and related disorders? We are seeking a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana, to provide exceptional psychiatric care to individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and related disorders. This hybrid position offers both telehealth flexibility and the opportunity to work from our furnished downtown Indianapolis office while making a meaningful impact within a collaborative specialty mental health practice.Position Details:
Hybrid Psychiatric Medication Provider Location:
Remote with one in-office day per week in our downtown Indianapolis office.Flexibility:
Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person psychiatric services while maintaining a flexible schedule.Clinical Focus:
Specialize in providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and related disorders.Caseload:
Maintain a medication management caseload for young adults and adults throughout Indiana.Collaborative Environment:
Join a team of like-minded professionals committed to improving the mental well-being of clients across Indiana.Patient Management:
We handle all marketing, screening procedures, billing, and waitlists.Additional Benefits Billing:
We take care of all billing, including submitting and collecting insurance claims, addressing claim rejections, and collecting co-pays.Credentialing:
All incoming medication providers will be credentialed with our network of insurance providers, and we take care of the credentialing process.Office Space:
Fully furnished downtown Indianapolis office space available for in-person appointments.Referral Support:
Established referral network and consistent client referrals from our specialty therapy practice.Collaborative Care:
Opportunity to work alongside therapists specializing in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and related disorders. Qualifications Current and valid Indiana license as a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Active DEA license and ability to prescribe medications in Indiana. Active malpractice coverage. Specialization or strong interest in treating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and related disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing evidence-based psychiatric care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team. Experience providing telehealth services preferred. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments Develop individualized treatment plans for young adults and adults Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff regarding client care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide evidence-based psychiatric care within scope of practice Utilize both telehealth and in-person services as clinically appropriate Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.
